Here is an article if you haven't seen one already stacking up the most popular politicians 1-20. They can't exactly poll presidential hopefuls because not too many are officially running yet. But that's what this is.

The problem with the polls from the Dem standpoint is that historically the leader of the early polls rarely wins on the Dem side (Howard Dean anybody?). It's usually the underdog that wins the Dem ticket.
As far as the GOP goes the leader of the pack usually does win but it is NEVER someone from the moderate/left side of the party. This throws a big wrench in 08 being that Giulianni is the presumptive leader and he is on the left end of the party.
It shall be very interesting.
