It wasn't, perhaps, the best day to try and wrangle five children into an Easter photo shoot. Tarrah and I did it anyways. The shoot didn't go so well. It was too bad; they were all quite cute in their matching outfits.

Photo shoots are so hard with lots of kids. My parents like to try with the seven grandkids. In every picture someone is looking away, making a funny face, etc. I understand the frustration both with the parents and the poor kids.
Precious none the less!
Her little eyebrows make her look so concerned or disappointed - too cute!
I've had days like that - when photos are just not meant to be!! What you got is precious, anyway!
Oh my, do I remember those days. I think it was harder on ME than my crying kids! ha ha.
Oh that's funny! We have quite a collection of 'out-takes' too.
With each kid it gets that much harder to get a 'group' picture.

At least you tried, you get credit for that :)
I actually love pictures like this. Not that I love for my kids to cry! But I love that I have a true representation to look back on of what life was really like when my boys were little. It's not all rainbows and butterflys all the time. The tears bring comforting, and that's such a sweet thing too :)
Someday I'll wish I could still scoop them up onto my lap and say "there, there" :)
The girls look so pretty in their dresses regardless!
Not only cute outfits but multicolored fingernail polish. It couldn't get any better!
wow. at least you tried. the pictures are great anyway. we like real, you know.
Oh yes...I've had those kinds too!! It's hard with so many children! They look adorable anyway!! Take care!
ah, yes, i've had many photo shoots like that. i've found the best way to avoid the melt down is to steer clear of adorable matching outfits and hair that's nicely done with extra care. those things seem to bring out the worst in my kids :)
These pictures kinda tell it all!
Sorry it didn't go like you hoped.
Mom
Awww, the little doll babies.
Blue eyes never look sad even when there are tears in them. They are so cute.
I think these kind are the best anyways.
HAHAHA! I LOVE it!!!!
