Oh poor Eve! That makes me cringe just looking at it. I guess now though she won't run like you told her not too. A hard lesson to learn!
Awww - poor girl :(
But, I've got to say I love that picture - that big pouty lip and those gorgeous eyes. Sorry :)
Alicia
Oh, that's SO SAD!
Poor little sweetie!!! Look at that adorable picture of her, but her poor lip!!!
Ouch! Was it a baby tooth that got chipped? Looks like it was probably combined with a serious meltdown and lots of hugs, huh?
Hopefully Judah and Eliza got the message too - I'd hate to have to watch that lesson three times....
I am so about to cry just looking at that sweet, precious face. Give her a kiss for me, okay?
I hate that for her. Bless her heart....
She is so stinkin beautiful even with a fat lip and scrapped chin. Tell her I love her :)
Ouch, I did something like that when I was young. I was playing tag with my cousins and slipped on the grass and slammed my knee into a manhole cover.putting a big gash in my knee.I still have that big scar. Hugs of confort to you little one. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Hugs and blessings.
Oh no! That looks terrible :( Poor Eve!
We had a similar accident last week walking the dogs. Poor darling was running with our little 8 lb furball and he got wrapped around her ankles. Lip, chin, and shoulder suffered some damage. Hope she is feeling better soon. Mine is recovering quickly!
O.U.C.H. I so totally hate mouth injuries. Especially when they involve the teeth. Of 5 children, all of them have damaged their two front teeth by running and falling or running into something. Hope is so far so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
On the bright side, at least no stitches were involved. Is that a bright side?
Poor Eve! A beautiful picture, but poor thing. When I was her age I had a pool injury that required 13 stitches in my chin. It was all my cousin's fault, so it wasn't my lesson to learn, but it hurt nonetheless. Hopefully the scrape fades soon.
Oh sweet Eve! She is still gorgeous with an ouchie on her face. Hey Eve - Sylas says hi! :)
Oh, noes! Poor girl!! I hope she heals fast!
Poor lil darlin'. I am so that child. Still learning the hard way!
if that picture doesn't tug on your heart strings I don't know what will... ouch!
What a picture! She is so beautiful, Andrea! Even with a fat lip :)
poor thing!
Holy Moly! That looks so sad :( I have to say, we get that kind of thing here all of the time, too. We tell the kids to stop (running, playing rough, jumping on bed, etc) and they don't and seconds later, they are injured. It's sad to watch.
ouch, boy that's a tough way to learn
Bless her heart! That looks painful and she looks pretty brave!
oh, poor baby! :( Heal fast, Eve!! Poor girl.
ooo! I hate when they have to learn that way. Heck, I hate when I have to learn the hard way. :) Poor Eve! Hope it heals quickly for her.
wow she really took a fall and got scraped up! Kayla saw the picture and wanted to know if she was "all better?"
Oh, also - good luck on the potty training!
Poor girl. Similar thing has happened with Aubrey,my oldest, i had explained to her that she shouldnt go outside without any adult or mommy or daddy. She decided to sneak out to the backyard and fell off the swings. She had a few minor scrapes and bruises, and now a scar to forever remind her of her choices. hopefully she wont blame me for the scar on her face and remember where she got it from. But sometime the Hard Way is the Best Way to learn.
