I swore I wouldn't forget to put Eliza's ten month post up; I took pictures, I wrote paragraph after paragraph in my head... and then, I forgot. The tyranny of the urgent can be so all-encompassing. You know?
Back to our Lu-Lu... Ten months! Can you believe it? I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that we are staring down the big "One." But, I try not to think about it so we're going to move on.
Eliza is my little heart; she is beautiful and funny; she is adventurous, determined, independent yet she needs plenty of snuggles, and hugs, and kisses. She likes to strike out on her own but don't even think about going too far because every few minutes she's going to need a love re-fill. Hugs, hugs, hugs. That's the name of her game. She nestles her head under my neck and fills up the love tank. For both of us.
Eliza is a permanent fixture on my hip; we cook, we clean, we fold laundry, we walk, we talk, we eat, we shop... everything is done with her on my hip. I am an expert at working one-handed. I don't mind a bit; she's the perfect hip partner.
Okay, for the stats:
One tooth with another well on it's way.
Standing almost on her own
Pulls up on everything whether it's stable or not.
Climbs the stairs
Eats everything under the sun
Wearing twelve month clothing
A crawling fool
Happy as a clam.
And so are we because she's our girl.

Love her ponytail and bangs. too cute. She looks just like Judah in the last picture of her wearing her pumpkin cap. She's a joy just looking at her pictures. She puts a smile on my face. Thanks for sharing.
Love the photo of her crawling down the sidewalk. :-)
Bittersweet. . . .
she's beautiful, andrea. i SO know what you mean about getting a post completely ready in theory. i do it all the time (oh, the gads and gads of pictures on my puter that never morphed into a post!!!). mine just turned 11 months. eleven. almost twelve. yikes!
oh the little darlin'! Love all the pictures as usual & the curtain eating picture emphasizes her "will eat anything"
That sillouhette is gorgeous.
I love the one where she is crawling into the sunset!
almost a year old... how did it go by so fast. I remember waiting to hear about her birth. Wow!
I love Lu-lu... Ozzie calls Nolia Le-Le and Eliza Lu-Le :)

Happy 10 months Eliza! What great milestones you are reaching...what great photos...
The pic with the hat is adorable she looks just like Judah
Your hip attachment is ADORABLE. :)
I'd keep her too.
Fun picturs of a sweet baby girl.
OMG, I love that first shot - she is stunning. What a sweet little thing. The pulling up on stuff that's not so stable - RIGHT there with you!! Poor Leah is falling over about 10 times a day lately. She is so much more clumsy than her brothers at this age, I have to keep an eye on her. But I secretly don't mind :-)
Thanks for the beautiful update on Eliza. I love hearing how she is doing!
Happy 10th Eliza!!!!
I gotta hand it to you for doing everything with Eliza on your hip because I had a hard time doing that with her. She isn't the greatest on the hip riding thing, so all the talent with that falls to you!!!
Love you-
Mom
Ooooo...gotta say I love the chub!! Time goes much too quickly when they're small. Enjoy her and eat her up!
Adorable:) Does she look so much like Judah? I love her chubby cheeks!!
That last picture reminds me of Judah's profile. She is so cute. I love the picture with the sunset. 10 months already, I'm having a hard time believe that for you!
I stayed up far too late writing Abigail's letter and it cracked me up that you also mentioned always having her on your hip. I'm amazed at your one handed dexterity. Of that I have almost none. You're my hero.
What a doll-baby. Love the pony on top of the head ...
She's beautiful Andrea.
she's so beautiful... I can't even handle it
and ps the last deleted comment from michelle, was actually from me! oops, I forgot to sign off her account, was just fixing some stuff on her blog.
so cute....she is just perfect what is everyone going to be for halloween?
Oh my...with those cheeks and the little ponytail, she looks just like Pebbles! So cute!
Your pictures are beautiful! WOW!
