Farm eggs... a beautiful, cherished gift from my friend who is also my neighbor and fellow fan of eating a fresh egg.
A little bit of fresh basil... a little bit of Romano cheese
... along with some (real) salt made a beautiful and delicious mess of scrambled eggs.
Fresh, cut-up fruit on a pretty white platter...
Alongside roasted apples sprinkled with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, drizzled with honey and patted with butter.
There was also some french toast left over from Saturday morning's breakfast for my little gaggle of carb lovers.
What a breakfast, what a good start to this beautiful day.

And what beautiful pictures!
That looks like a perfect Sunday breakfast. Hope you had sun to go along with it!
I so wish I were motivated to make a good breakfast every now and again. I'm so not a morning person; this looks so good, though. Maybe it will inspire me....then again, I doubt anything will do that until Oscar starts sleeping all night, every night, ugh.
Oh. My. Gosh. I actually nearly fell off my chair.

A. the pictures are amazing, I love the eggs.
B. Hooray for your real salt;) I know how precious it is.
C. I am dying to know more about those apples. Mmmm. My family is dying from a visit from you but only on the condition that you teach their Mama a thing or two.
Happy Monday.

Can I just say YUM!?!
YAY for farm fresh eggs! :)
what a pretty post. so glad your up and running!
oh man! now THAT sounds good.
Oh my dear Andrea, you put me to shame...The extent of our Sunday morning breakfast is a pop tart in the car on the way to church, crammed into their mouths in our (literally) 2 minute drive so we can arrive late to church, yet again. The only 2 times we've been early have been the Sunday we had our kids' dedicated, and last week when we did our vow renewal.
Looking SO delicious, my friend! I would love to have your healthier cinnamon apple recipe!! We are lovers of the cinnamon apple!
