Just a head's up that I will be posting my Tuesday recipe on Wednesday. The recipe for this week is my mom's Pumpkin Roll. This dessert is delicious fresh but freezes well, and also makes a really nice gift. I am really looking forward to making it because it means I get to eat it. Ha! And I'm probably not going to share either....

Did I hear freezes well? I love things I can freeze and just pop out esp during the holidays...I'll be looking for it.
Yeah, I can't wait to try the pumpkin roll...thanks for all the great recipes. I think I will make a few and freeze them!
